Haven't moved across yet or trouble logging in?
If your login above doesn't work, or you still log in with a username rather than an email address, you're still on the old platform and we need to move you. Click the Move Me Across button and we'll get it done asap.
If you have under 1000 credits, we'll bring these across. If you have over 1000 credits use them up on the old platform first and switch when they run low. HirePOS customers: click Move Me Across. Changing your SMS Settings in HirePOS is a 2 minute job, and we'll walk you through it.

Move me to the new platform
We'll set everything up for you, move any contacts, templates, sender IDs, and email you the login details. Usually done within 15 minutes during office hours:
Your credits. Balances under 1000 credits we transfer across for you. Larger balances: use them up on the old platform first and we'll switch you when they run low.
The platform we've been using is now owned by a large overseas company, and we'd prefer to keep SMS Express on a fully Australian system. The new platform is 100% Australian-hosted with a 100% Australian telco, so everything stays local. We'll be winding down the old platform on 15 January 2027.

- Automatic credit recharge option
- Option to lease Dedicated Virtual Mobile Number - send from the same number instead of our randoms! (Aus only)
- Branded Sender IDs - we'll move yours across or get it registered with ACMA (Aus only)

- Birthday function not available on the new platform
- Sub-accounts: multiple users are supported but everyone shares one account
